Vivaspin® 6 is ideally suited for concentrating antibody, protein, nanoparticle, and virus samples from a 6 mL sample volume down to 30 µL in a centrifuge compatible with 50 mL conical-bottom centrifuge tubes.

Our premium PES membranes in a twin vertical membrane design enable fast sample concentration and high recovery rates. An integrated dead-stop pocket ensures safe and complete concentrate recovery. Vivaspin® 6 is the only device in its size class capable of processing 6 mL samples.
Vivaspin® 6 centrifugal concentrators were developed to provide increased volume flexibility and performance. Vivaspin® 6 can process an impressive 6 mL volume in swing-bucket or fixed-angle rotors compatible with standard 15 mL conical-bottom test tubes.
Vivaspin® 6 features twin vertical membranes for exceptional filtration speed and more than 100-fold concentration. The remaining volume can be easily read from the printed scale on the side of the concentrator, while the modified dead-stop pocket further simplifies direct pipette recovery of the final concentrate.
