Sartoclear® Depth Filters are a fully linearly scalable solution for the filtration of cell culture fluids with cell densities <15 × 10 Mio/mL, from process development to commercial production.
Sartoclear® Depth Filters are available in various formats to support you from the initial stages through clinical phases and large-scale production, while always maintaining the same filter material.
Sartoclear® Depth Filter capsules are easy-to-use screening devices that help you find the best grade for your application. All packs contain three units of the same grade and come with add-on Luer adapters for the easiest possible filter exchange.
Sartoclear® Depth Filter mid-scale cassettes were developed for scale-up filtrations with volumes between 5 and 10 liters, depending on cell density. They are designed with a gradient structure for mechanical reinforcement to meet application conditions.
Sartoclear® Depth Filter cassettes are single-use filtration devices specifically designed for biopharmaceutical clarification applications. The modular devices provide linear scalability from small- to large-scale processes. Filter holders in three different sizes perfectly adapt to different process fluid volumes.
