Sartobind® Q strong ion exchangers are excellent tools for monoclonal antibody polishing, enabling the removal of viruses, DNA, host cell proteins, leached Protein A, and endotoxins. Since size exclusion effects are negligible, they are also suitable for the purification of viruses such as adenoviruses or lentiviruses, showing a dynamic binding capacity that is one order of magnitude higher.
