Residual Protein A Detection Kit

The kit applies the principles of biolayer interferometry (BLI) to provide sensitive and accurate quantification of leached Protein A in bioprocess samples while maintaining a simple workflow. The kit uses a validated sample preparation method to separate Protein A from antibodies without the need for boiling, neutralization, or centrifugation steps. Dip-and-read (Dip and Read) RPA biosensors pre-immobilized with chicken anti-Protein A antibodies are sequentially immersed into processed samples, buffers, and detection antibody solutions arranged in 96-well microplates, creating a microscale immunoassay at the biosensor tip. Signal detection occurs in real time during the secondary antibody step without the need for conjugates or enzymatic reactions.
