Oligo dT Features:
- Oligo dT ligands covalently bound to a solid support
- Hybridize with the polyadenylated tail present in most eukaryotic mRNA molecules or synthesized onto the molecule during IVT (In Vitro Transcription)
- Primarily designed for the rapid and efficient capture and purification of mRNA with a polyadenylated tail from various sources
- Can selectively remove impurities from the sample and provide an effective approach for the initial purification of mRNA
