Lysine HyperD® resin is a high-speed, high-capacity affinity resin designed for the preparative-scale purification of lysine-binding biomolecules such as plasminogen from human or animal plasma.

Lysine HyperD® affinity resin utilizes a high-capacity hydrogel polymerized within the large pores of a rigid bead. This design combines the desirable properties of a soft, high-capacity gel with the dimensional stability of a rigid bead.

Its dynamic binding capacity is almost independent of linear flow velocity. This combination results in high productivity. Due to the high density of the beads, column packing is rapid.

Features and Benefits
