Crossflow Holders

Due to the forces required to run a TFF process, a robust holder is needed to provide support against internal pressures. In addition, the holder and gaskets can ensure fluid distribution through the feed, retentate, and permeate lines. In the case of a standalone TFF cassette, all of these elements are integrated into the single-use component.

There are various TFF holders that accommodate different cassette sizes, flow rates, and membrane areas, from the small-scale Slice format with Sartocon® holders to the large-scale cubic format with Sartoflow® holders.
