Hydrosart® stabilized cellulose is characterized by ultra-low protein adsorption, easy cleaning, higher yield, and long product life. The Hydrosart® ultrafiltration membrane maintains its performance even after repeated use, without fouling or loss of retention.
The polyethersulfone (PESU) polymer is stable across a wide pH and temperature range. Membrane regeneration and depyrogenation can be performed, as required, using 1N NaOH at high temperatures.

Hydrosart® is extremely hydrophilic, making it non-protein-binding and virtually non-fouling.
Membrane cleaning, storage, and depyrogenation can be performed using NaOH, even at high temperatures and concentrations.
These properties make Hydrosart® an ideal membrane for biological applications.
Polyethersulfone membranes (PESU) are stable polymers with a broad pH and temperature range. Polyethersulfone ultrafiltration cassettes are available with nominal molecular weight cut-offs of 1 kD, 5 kD, 8 kD, 10 kD, 30 kD, 50 kD, 100 kD, and 300 kD.
