Benchtop Robotic Systems

Benchtop Robotic Systems

An accurate, compact, and cost-effective solution for mass determination processes.

CCR-Compact Robotic Systems provide benchtop-sized automated solutions for mass determination processes up to a maximum capacity of 10 g.

With 120 magazine positions, these systems offer a walk-away solution that allows continuous processing. Designed for the simultaneous handling of reference weights and test weights, the Sartorius dual robotic arm system accelerates processes with the most efficient movement sequences, using patented multiple and single weight handlers. It handles weights with the highest precision and consistency. Climate sensors integrated into the weighing chamber further contribute to the reliability of the results.

Your Benefits

120 magazine positions allow processing to continue overnight and during weekends.
Dual Robotic Arm Technology provides the most efficient movement available on the market.
Benchtop design saves valuable laboratory space.
Robustness ensures the best repeatability values.
The climate sensor built into the weighing cells further supports measurement accuracy.

The 120 magazine positions allow a large number of weights to be loaded and enable measurements to be processed continuously overnight or during weekends, without the need for additional weight carriers or weight holders. They are designed to directly accommodate the possible weight shapes used for OIML class and ASTM class weights.

Unique Robotic Arm Technology Guarantees the Most Efficient Movement Sequences

The Sartorius dual robotic arm system with patented multiple and single weight handlers is designed for the simultaneous handling of reference weights and test weights. Two single weight handlers enable simplified and fast direct handling of the reference and test weights between the magazine and the weighing cell.

The dual-arm system with multiple and single weight carriers can collect up to 4 weights and reference weights. They are placed at 4 weight collection stations and then measured simultaneously. Therefore, there is no need to return the weights to the magazine or to a parking position.

Integrated Climate Sensor

All three models feature a climate sensor built into the weighing cells, enabling temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure parameters to be measured exactly at the point of mass determination.
